These terms cover browsing, vehicle matching, enquiries and community use. Partner-product checkout is currently assisted rather than automated. Confirm your seller, final quotation and support terms before paying.

  1. 01.Who operates this platform

4x4 India / PAUL Store (the “Platform”) is operated by PAUL Foundry Technologies Private Limited (“PAUL Foundry”, “we”, “us”), CIN U62011ML2026PTC014285, based in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. These terms govern your use of the Platform as a visitor, customer or community member.

The Platform may feature products and services offered by independent brands, dealers, installers or other suppliers (“Partners”). The identity of the responsible seller and the commercial terms for any proposed purchase must be confirmed before you pay. PAUL Foundry may also act as a seller where expressly identified in the written quotation or invoice.

  2. 02.What the Platform currently provides

The current marketplace is an assisted-commerce service: you can discover gear, save a vehicle or loadout, and enquire through supported contact channels. These tools help you request information; they do not independently establish a sale or guarantee that a supplier will accept an order.

A Partner’s appearance on the Platform does not by itself mean that inventory is reserved, that installation is included, or that a final dealership arrangement has been concluded.

  3. 03.Products, fitment and indicative prices

Catalog prices, vehicle compatibility, specifications, images, availability, estimated freight and recommended equipment may be preliminary or supplied by third parties. They can change and must be confirmed with the responsible seller.

Before purchasing, ask for written confirmation of the vehicle make, model, year and variant; exact product configuration; current price and taxes; seller identity; delivery and freight charges; installation needs; and warranty or return conditions.

  4. 04.Enquiries, quotations and orders

Sending a WhatsApp or email enquiry, saving a loadout, or receiving an automated lead reference does not create a confirmed order, reserve stock, or oblige either party to transact. The seller will explain how a quotation is accepted and an order is confirmed.

Any binding purchase terms, including the final payable amount, invoicing entity, shipment and after-sales responsibilities, must be disclosed at or before order confirmation. If PAUL Foundry is not identified as the seller, your product sale may be directly with the identified Partner.

  5. 05.Payments and fraud prevention

Automated on-site checkout for unverified Partner marketplace products is not enabled during the assisted-commerce pilot. PAUL Foundry does not collect a payment merely because you submitted an enquiry.

Do not transfer money to an account or payment link solely on the basis of a marketplace listing or informal message. Check the written quotation, seller identity, payment instructions and invoice details first. Any future on-platform payment capability will be subject to the terms displayed before that transaction.

  6. 06.Delivery, installation and after-sales support

Delivery location, stock, dispatch estimates, packaging, transit damage, installation, warranty coverage and the responsible service contact vary by seller and product. They must be confirmed for the specific transaction, rather than assumed from generic website content.

For an existing order, contact the entity shown on your invoice or quotation. We can help route enquiries about transactions originating through the Platform, without limiting any legal responsibility that may apply to PAUL Foundry or the seller.

  7. 07.Cancellation, returns and refunds

An enquiry that involves no payment does not require a payment refund. For a confirmed purchase, the disclosed seller-specific terms and applicable consumer law govern cancellation, returns, replacements and refunds.

Read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the current assisted-commerce process. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory remedies or permits a seller to deny a remedy required by applicable law.

    Read Refund & Cancellation Policy

  8. 08.Vehicle safety and recommendations

Vehicle selection, fitment suggestions, trip guidance and AI-assisted recommendations are informational decision-support tools, not an inspection, engineering certification, or substitute for advice from a qualified installer or vehicle professional.

Verify load limits, mounting hardware, electrical requirements, legal road-use rules, vehicle manufacturer guidance and installation instructions before fitting or using equipment. Never rely on a generated recommendation alone for a safety-critical decision.

  9. 09.Accounts and acceptable use

If you create an account, provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not use the Platform to deceive others, misuse personal data, interfere with security, impersonate a seller, submit unlawful content or infringe intellectual property. We may restrict misuse with appropriate notice where practicable.

  10. 10.Community and user-submitted content

You retain rights you have in content you submit. If you voluntarily publish reviews, photos or other community material, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display and technically process that material for the relevant Platform feature, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Do not submit personal information about others, copyrighted material without authorization, or misleading product claims. We may moderate unlawful or harmful content and respond to reasonable removal requests.

  11. 11.Privacy and third-party channels

The Privacy Policy explains handling of account, vehicle and enquiry information. Signed-in marketplace enquiries may be recorded with a reference to support follow-up and attribution. Guest WhatsApp or email enquiries may open the external service without creating a matching stored marketplace lead.

WhatsApp, email, supplier websites and any off-platform payment providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We will share enquiry details with a relevant seller or service provider only for appropriate marketplace purposes, subject to applicable law and disclosures.

    Read Privacy Policy

  12. 12.Partners and separate business agreements

Brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A listed brand is not necessarily the seller of a particular product.

Referral fees, wholesale discounts, territory arrangements, lead-protection periods, onboarding charges and revenue sharing between PAUL Foundry and a Partner are not imposed on customers by these Terms. Such business-to-business arrangements require a separate agreement where applicable.

  13. 13.Platform intellectual property

Except for third-party material and your own contributions, the Platform’s original software, content and branding are owned by PAUL Foundry or its licensors. You may access the service for lawful personal or business enquiries, but may not misuse, reproduce or commercially redistribute protected Platform materials without authorization.

Nothing here prevents uses permitted by applicable law.

  14. 14.Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the Platform accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, permanent listing availability or error-free automated suggestions. Technical and catalog errors may be corrected.

To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for a particular goods sale, fulfillment obligation or warranty follows the role actually undertaken by each contracting party. No disclaimer in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  15. 15.Customer support and grievances

For product enquiries, incorrect listings, orders originating on the Platform, privacy questions or consumer complaints, contact foundrypaul@gmail.com or use the Get Help page. Include any enquiry reference, seller/order information and a concise description so we can route the issue appropriately.

We will handle consumer complaints in accordance with applicable Indian law. If you have a dispute with an independent seller, we can assist with identifying the responsible party; statutory consumer remedies remain available.

  16. 16.Law, disputes and changes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes may be brought before courts or consumer forums having jurisdiction under applicable law; nothing here takes away a consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated as required by law and apply prospectively unless otherwise lawfully agreed. The date displayed above identifies the current published version.
