Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

The current marketplace connects customers with verified order details and responsible sellers before payment. Refund obligations depend on who actually sold the product and collected payment, subject to consumer law.

  1. 01.Enquiries are not paid orders

Browsing, saving a loadout and sending an enquiry through 4×4 India / PAUL Store do not place a paid order or reserve stock. During the assisted-commerce pilot, no automatic payment is collected for unverified Partner products. Therefore an unpaid enquiry has no payment to refund.

  2. 02.Confirm terms before paying a seller

Before accepting a quotation, verify the responsible selling entity, product and vehicle fitment, complete price and taxes, shipping charges, delivery, installation, warranty and the seller’s written cancellation/return process. Do not transfer funds to unverified accounts or links.

  3. 03.Confirmed orders, cancellations and returns

Where you have accepted a quotation and paid, contact the seller or payment-collecting entity named on your invoice or receipt. Its disclosed terms and applicable consumer law govern cancellation, damaged or incorrect goods, non-delivery, replacements and returns. No website statement removes remedies that consumer law requires.

  4. 04.Refund responsibility and timing

The party that received your payment should explain the refund method, eligibility and expected processing time, which can vary with payment provider and circumstances. We cannot accurately promise one universal refund timeline for independently fulfilled Partner sales. If PAUL Foundry is expressly the seller or payment recipient, we will address its resulting obligations in accordance with the transaction and applicable law.

  5. 05.Shipping, fitment and warranty concerns

If an item is damaged in transit, does not match the accepted specification or raises a fitment concern, preserve the invoice, packaging, images and communications, and contact the seller promptly. We can assist in identifying the relevant Partner and routing a complaint; legal responsibilities are not shifted merely by use of the Platform.

  6. 06.How to request assistance

Email foundrypaul@gmail.com or use our Get Help page. Include the enquiry reference, seller name, invoice or quotation, payment reference (if any), vehicle information and the outcome you are requesting. Do not send full payment-card numbers or passwords.

  7. 07.Consumer rights

This policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer law take precedence over any inconsistent or unfair policy term. Consumer complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
